The Wonderful World of Doral, Florida.

Superbly situated north-west of Miami amid lakes and rolling golf courses. Famous for many years as the site of the Doral Country Club, it is now celebrated for its beautiful residential areas.

Doral is convenient to major expressways, leading to the rest of Florida and the US, and convenient to Miami International Airport for the rest of the world.

Featuring top quality shopping areas including Miami International Mall, (to be greatly enlarged in the near future), and the even larger Dolphin Mall. There are two established "Publix" supermarkets, one in the Doral Plaza on NW 36 Street and another at Nw 58th Street and Nw 107th Avenue. There is also a "Winn-Dixie" neighborhood mall at Nw 36th Street and a "Sedano's" supermarket in the corner shopping center of Nw 107th Avenue and Nw 58th Street. Apart from these, there are many other retail areas featuring drugstores, and a large variety of speciality stores.

For restaurants, all of the well known chains are represented but there are also some fine individual restarants that feature dining from around the world as well as traditional American fare.

For Recreation, apart from the Doral Country Club with its long famous multiple golf courses, Doral Park has its own Country Club and the Silver golf course, (with a very popular restaurant). Doral Isles has a magnificent new club featuring state of the art exercise equipment, three pools and two beaches.

There are also two fairly recent built elementary schools, and a new middle school. Currently high school students go to Miami Springs but a Doral High School is currently under construction. It will open for the fall of 2006, although for one year the freshman class will be held at Doral Middle School. There are also charter schools available in Doral at all levels.

Many large companies have chosen to locate in Doral, including the Federal Reserve, Ryder, Amadeus, Carnival Cruise Lines, and the military Southern Command Center among many others. There are also many office parks in the vicinity with more being built. The Miami Free Zone is nearby.

The cultural and entertainment areas of Miami, Coral Gables and Miami Beach, (South Beach), are also easily reached by fast expressways. Atlantic ocean beach resorts are also about 30 minutes away.

Existing and new homes, and homes yet to be built, are available at a wide range of prices to suit every budget.

Rentals are available either through several rental complexes or from private owners.
