EDUCATION:
Kindergarten
through High School
at La Retraite, London, England. Due to having lived in France and Argentina, (among
other
countries), Lee is fluent in Spanish and speaks French well.
TRAINING:
Lee Lewedag received her Florida
Real Estate license in 1980 and has worked as a Realtor since that time with steadily
increasing
success. She was an Honors Graduate of The Keyes Company Sales and
Marketing Course and also graduated from the Stadler Sales and
Marketing course. She also holds a Series-22 Securities license from the
Securities and Exchange Commission. Lee has been a member of several
$1,000,000 plus groups continuously since 1983 and since 1984 has
worked exclusively in the area of Doral. For many years she has been associated with
Earnest and Stewart Inc Realtors but is now with the local
offshoot of that company, Doral First Realty Inc.
She is truly
the Costa del Sol and Doral area specialist.
SKILLS:
Since 1982, Lee has been studying
computers and how they can assist in Real Estate Marketing. She has also taught other
Realtors in
these skills. Due to her long association with the area her private databases
surpass those of the Dade County MLS for the Doral area - of course, she
is also "online" to that system at all times.
SUCCESS:
For many years, her annual
volume has been in the millions, and over the years she has built an extensive area
referral network from
past sellers and buyers.
NOTE:
A resident of Costa del Sol in
Doral, Lee is an official representative to the West Dade Federation of Homeowners.
As such, she is
constantly aware of what is happening in the West Dade area. The knowledge
gained, schools, new roads, new buildings, etc. is invaluable to both sellers and
buyers.
