Doral First Realty Inc is the new Doral based offshoot of Earnest and Associates Inc. Realtors, a thriving Miami company with an annual sales volume in excess of $70,000,000, that was incorporated in 1981.
Of the founding principals of that company, the President, Walter Earnest, active in the real estate field since 1969, is also the Broker for the new Doral First Realty Inc.
Each one of the Realtors who has moved to the new location, has many years experience in the Doral area, and all, without exception, are known as top producers in their field. Their success is well documented. In 1997 alone, the sales volume of resale properties listed by the company* and consequently sold, was the highest of any company currently selling in this area. (This is not including sales of other companies listings or sales of new construction).
While keeping its Associates aware and informed of market changes, changing legal requirements in the profession and other related matters, neither Earnest and Associates Inc. Realtors nor Doral First Realty Inc are "training" companies. Only experienced, successful Realtors are hired and there are no part-timers.
While still keeping the personal touch, all of our Realtors are cognizant of, and use on a daily basis, the most modern technology.
The company name "DORAL FIRST REALTY Inc" and our theme slogan "We Know Doral!" indicate our long commitment to the Doral area.
